Refund policy

At Softlly, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@softlly.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Softlly will cover the return shipping cost. If you would like to return an item for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@softlly.com so we can make it right.
